Rich Wagner continues as the head coach of the Rattlers for his second season. Coach Wagner served as an assistant coach at Northwest Nazarene University from 2000-2005, where he handled the outfielders and assisted with the hitters. Coach Wagner played college ball at Northwest Nazarene University where he stood out as a offensive threat for the Crusaders. Coach, his wife Marind and their beautiful daughter Makia live in Meridian Idaho where he works as a mortgage writer and also with developmentally disable children.
